When will I receive the images?

You will receive the images the next morning, between 5:00am-8:00am.

When will I receive the edited green grass image?

You will receive the images the next morning (if ordered on Saturday, then you will receive on Monday), between 5:00am-8:00am.

When will I receive the virtual home staging image?

You will receive the images the next morning (if ordered on Saturday, then you will receive on Monday), between 5:00am-8:00am.

When will I receive the edited floor plan image?

You will receive the images the next morning (if ordered on Saturday, then you will receive on Monday), between 5:00am-8:00am.

How

How and when can I pay for the images?

The next day you will receive an email confirmation that your images are ready to download. Login to your account and complete the following: Click on the "PAY" button; enter your credit card information; click the MLS and High Resolution buttons to download the images from your manage page.

How can I cancel an appointment?

You may cancel the listing 5 hours prior to your appointment by logging into your account and selecting the cancel button on the My Listings page. Please confirm to delete this order.

How can I change my appointment date/time?

You may edit your listing 5 hours prior to your appointment time. Login to your account and click the edit button for the order on the My Listings page. You may now edit your listing for your preferred time and date.

How can I contact the photographer?

Please call the office at +1 844.883.2483 and our customer service department will inform your photographer of your request.

How can I prepare the home for the photography appointment?

How do I save and store my credit card information?

For your protection and privacy, Fotosold doesn't store or save your credit card information.

What payment methods are available?

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa Card, Discover Card, and Paypal. We don't accept checks.

What accounting information can I provide my CPA to prepare my tax return?

Please print the invoice which is generated for each listing found on the My Listings page. The invoiceidentifies the listing address, quantity of images, invoice total and date.

What happens after I cancel an appointment, will I receive an email confirmation?

After you select the cancel button and confirm to delete, then your appointment is deleted from your account. You do not receive an email.

What is Fotosold's image storage and retention policy?

You will have access to your orders and images for two years from the dateFotosold photographed the home. You will have access to all of your invoices while your account is active.

What is the price for the 30' pole image?

One 30' pole image is always included in our photo packages. Additional pole images are $15.

What is Fotosold's Loyalty Rewards Program?

Fotosold’s discount rewards program is unique to our real estate industry and Fotosold offers discounts of 5%, 10%, 15% & 20%. As you order your photo appointments from Fotosold, your rewards are automatically applied to your Fotosold account. For example, upon your 11th order, you will shall receive a 5% discount, after your 21st order, you will receive a 10% discount. The discount is automatically applied to all of your appointments until you hit the next discount level. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and business.

What is Fotosold's PureView editing technology?

Fotosold's patented PureView® editing technology provides a clear, sharp and realistic image which closely matches what you see with your own eyes.

What is the difference between a branded and unbranded virtual tour?

The MLS has restrictions on placing branded images or links on your listing pages. Therefore, we offer you an unbranded tour that complies with MLSguidelines on branding. The unbranded tour will not have our logo and will not have any information other than property information. The branded tour on the other hand, does have branding on it. You can upload your contact information and even your portrait. The branded virtual tour is for you to use in marketing the listing as well as yourself.

What happens if I have a concern or question on the appearance of an image?

If you are concerned about the appearance of an image, then please contact us immediately. If we determine that the image does not meet FOTOSOLD's standards, then we will replace the image at no additional charge. For example, if you received a blurry image we will send a photographer back to the property to re-shoot the image at no additional charge. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and encourage all of our clients to immediately contact us if thereare any concerns.

What is the price if I need a new photograph of the same home for an updated exterior image, repainted room, removed furniture, etc?

Fotosold incurs fixed expenses associated with scheduling and photographing every home even if the photographer is returning to a home he or she previously photographed. Fotosold is unable to offer a price reduction for returning to the home.

What if the skies are overcast or raining?

For overcast skies, we can still photograph the home since you will receive the same great result with our complimentary blue sky editing technology. If it's drizzling or quickly passing rain, then the photographer will photograph the interior and by the time the photographer is ready to photograph the exterior, the rain clouds may have passed through the area. If it's all day rain you will be contacted by the office 1 hour before to re-schedule.

If

If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, what occurs?

If the home is not ready to be photographed when the photographer arrives, the photographer will inform the office. The office will issue an invoice for $75 for an on the spot cancellation charge. The charge is to cover the fixed expenses Fotosold has incurred by scheduling and assigning the photographer to this listing.

If I must cancel at the home or less then 5 hours before the shoot, what occurs?

If you must cancel the appointment when the photographer arrives, the photographer will inform the office. The office will issue an invoice for $75 for an on the spot cancellation charge. The charge is to cover the fixed expenses Fotosold has incurred by scheduling and assigning the photographer to this listing.

If I have a conflict and the homeowner can not be present during the appointment, then can the photographer photograph the home without assistance?

Yes, please confirm that someone has prepared the home for the photographer and that he or she can enter the home via lockbox, home or gate code. We do not have access to Supras. Our photographer will only photograph the quantity of images ordered. Please type any instructions in the user message section of the order or phone the office at +1 844.883.2483

If the meteorologist is forecasting rain during a scheduled shoot, what should I do?

Unless there are torrential downpours, weather conditions usually clear quickly. It is safe to place an order even if the rain is forecasted since the weather conditions may change by the time the photographer arrives.

Can you color the grass green and add grass where there is no grass?

Yes, login to your account and choose a image of the yard from a completed order. Next, click the additional green grass order and choose the image(s) you would like us to add green grass to.

Can you edit the images taken by the homeowner?

No, our editing team can only edit images taken by a Fotosold photographer.

Can I select virtual home staging for images I have received several days or weeks ago?

Yes, select the images you would like to have staged and select one of the five furniture styles. Once the two step order is processed, we will deliver your virtually staged image(s) the following day.

Can I place just one order for multiple listings if they are on the same street?

No, you will need to place one order per property address.

Can smudges and fingerprints be removed from mirrors?

Our editing process does not remove elements in or around the home such as smudges and finger prints, broken glass, paint color, flooring and stains.

Can I pick and choose the images I like?

NO, the photographers are experienced and expected to produce premium images for each shot taken and will only take the amount you have ordered. You will always receive the same great result you find on our website.
